Guard Management

Every patrol checkpoint is scanned, timed and mapped.

Guards follow scheduled routes, scan checkpoints with their phone and report incidents with photos, so the MCST and security agency can prove patrols happened and see issues as they are found.

Features

Every patrol checkpoint is scanned, timed and mapped.

Everything you need, in one system.

  1. 01

    NFC and QR checkpoints

Weatherproof tags placed at roof doors, car parks and plant rooms prove the officer was there.

  2. 02

    Live patrol map

Supervisors see each officer’s progress along the route and which checkpoints are still due.

  3. 03

    Incident reports with photos

Officers report defects and incidents in under a minute, and the managing agent tracks them to closure.

  4. 04

    Missed checkpoint alerts

Late or skipped checkpoints trigger an alert, so gaps are handled during the shift, not discovered later.

  5. 05

    Lone worker safety

Periodic check-ins and a panic button protect officers patrolling alone at night.

  6. 06

    Audit-ready reports

Daily and monthly reports show patrols, incidents and attendance for MCST meetings and agency audits.

FAQ

Common questions

Does patrolling work without mobile data?

Yes. Scans, photos and reports are stored on the phone and upload automatically once the phone reconnects, keeping their original time stamps.

Can officers fake a checkpoint scan?

Checkpoints use unique NFC tags or QR codes with location checks, and the app flags scans that are too fast between distant checkpoints for supervisor review.

Does this help with PWM and licensing requirements?

The attendance and patrol records support the deployment evidence agencies are asked for under the Progressive Wage Model and Police Licensing and Regulatory Department audits.

What is virtual guarding?

Our operators watch site cameras remotely and guide on-site officers or respond directly by speaker. It supports patrols at night and on smaller sites without a full-time guard.
