    We present to the MCST or building owner and answer technical and PDPA questions.

    Devices go in lane by lane. Old readers keep working in parallel until each lane is switched over.

    Residents onboarded

    Unit lists are imported, invitations sent and face enrolment opened in the MyHaus app.

    Guards are trained on site. From go-live our operations centre monitors every device.
